Bookings for Infinite Horizons - Bristol - 11/01/20

If you have a reservation for a space (that is not on the waiting list), then you can now book your place to confirm your role. Your reservation must be booked before 04/01/20, or you will lose your reservation and it will be given to someone on the waiting list.
If you would like to cancel a reservation or a booking, please let us know as early as possible. If you cancel your booking near to the event, we apologise but you may not be able to get a refund if someone else can't be found to fill the role.
Please do not pay for (book) a place if you do not have a reservation, as there may not be space. If you wish to reserve, you can do so on the reservations page.
If you did not express a specific role preference, you will have been assigned a role, so please check the provisional cast list to ensure your current position is one you are happy with before booking to confirm.
You may book multiple spaces at once, but you must give the names of which players you are booking for. To book for multiple people at once, select the player booking type and on the next screen you will be able to change the quantity.
If you would like to change the roles within your team from their current designation on the provisional cast list, please reply to your original reservation email with your chosen roles anytime before the booking deadline. This can be done before or after booking.
Bookings are £25 per standard player, £15 for News Media players, and £5 for Control. Once you have booked your place, you will receive an email within a few days to confirm that your booking has been completed, at which point your role will be confirmed. In the unlikely circumstance that your position is changed after this point, you will be contacted so we can check with you that a new role would be acceptable.
Once you have booked, your name and position will be noted down for the event - there is no physical ticket required for entry.
