Terms and Conditions for SWMG Loyalty Cards

Stamps are only given for paid roles. The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions unless specified otherwise. Send an email to contact@swmegagames.co.uk for more information. Once your card has 4 stamps, inform South West Megagames when you are reserving your next game and your booking payment will be marked as paid.

 

Control roles do not count towards the loyalty card by default, but may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Send an email to contact@swmegagames.co.uk for more information.

 

Loyalty Cards are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else.

 

Copied, damaged or defaced Loyalty Cards will not be accepted.

 

Loyalty Cards have no cash redemption value, and are not for resale.

 

South West Megagames reserves the right to refuse stamps or free booking redemptions if they wish, as well as amend or withdraw the promotion without any notification.
