Terms and Conditions for the purchase of the PDF pack

By purchasing a game pack, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

This document applies to you (the buyer) and John Mizon as South West Megagames (the seller). South West Megagames can be reached at contact@swmegagames.co.uk

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information. Any information provided in the purchasing of these goods will not be held any longer than 2 years, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. https://www.swmegagames.co.uk/privacy-information

 

We may contact you using email in regards to this purchase, and you expressly agree to this. If you opt out of this we will not be able to process your order.

 

Sale

The advertising of the products on the website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods. Offers to purchase the pack may be rejected for any reason. You will be sent an invoice for the relevant amount. Once you have sent the money, the pack will be sent to you by email by South West Megagames within 30 days.

 

Returns and Rejections

The goods are copyrighted work and therefore the 14 day return period does not apply if the goods are opened. If there is any issue with the goods or anything which requires further materials/information from the seller, please contact South West Megagames at contact@swmegagames.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

South West Megagames can help with questions or advice, or sending additional or replacement materials, if relevant.

 

Law and Disputes

The applicable law for this contract is English Law.

 

Licence and Terms of Usage

• You as the purchaser are free to use and print this material to run the game as many times as you like.

• You may adapt the material with your own changes and additions. However if you make any significant changes, you must change the title of the game, either with a modification/replacement of the original, or an additional subtitle. You must acknowledge the origin and respect the copyrights of any materials that are unchanged.

• You must give appropriate credit to the designer, and make it clear if any changes have been made.

• You may freely run the game on a non-commercial basis and recover reasonable costs. Usage for commercial purposes requires explicit permission from South West Megagames.

• You may not redistribute these game materials to anyone else without explicit permission from South West Megagames. You are permitted to distribute reasonable select, specific elements to relevant people for the purpose of you running the game.
